Great thread. I love the Old Stuff! Here's my contribution. The cent would be the first production US coin minted, in March of 1793, and the Half Cent would be the second, in July of the same year. Sorry - a lot of my "old stuff" is in really bad shape - that keeps them affordable for me. So you gotta have good eyes to make these out!

My oldest coin in my collection is a 1899 Barber quarter found about 10ft offshore of Lake Erie along with some Barber dimes, and Indian head pennies. All late 1800s.

I completely forgot about my Roman Commodus Aestertius circa 180 A.D. Kinda cool Roman coin, but my only one at the time. Sorry, guess thread says 'U.S.' coin

I have a 1798 Heraldic Eagle Reverse dollar that I've owned for many years. Once I figure out how to take good pics, I'll post this and some other of my oldest coins in the Greading threads.
