Just got this email reply from A-Mark:

At the moment, we do not think we will be selling the 2011 ATB to the general public. However, you are registered on our website so if we do sell them you will get an email letting you know when they will be available from us.

Thank you,

A-Mark Direct

It doesn't look good for buying direct from them.

Actually it's only $4 more....you can now (May 1) submit under "Modern" which is $14 vs. the $30 "Regular"

$14 (Modern) + $20 (over sized holder) = $34 vs. $30 prior to May 1

I'm pretty sure those are the Z5s since I've bought some from them.

For anyone that's received a Dillon Gage order. Did they ship in air tites?

Effective May 1, 2011 all America the Beautiful 5-ounce coins will have a mandatory $20 fee for the oversized holder (per coin).

Pure, unadulterated BS.

It takes a bucketful of chutzpah to charge $20 for ten cents worth of plastic.

Anyone manage to get a set from all 9 AP's that participated? I made 8 out of 9. Only 1 I couldn't manage was the "Gold Center" one that required showing up in person... still waiting on 3 more to arrive though.

Way to Go SilverFossil64, 8 out of 9, pretty impressive!
I just checked APMEX site and they now have the first two 2011's posted on the website under the America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coin™ Program heading. No need to use the "hidden" link. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to start selling, since they can order tomorrow, I wonder which AP will be the first to sell to the public, instead of other retailers? Any guesses?
Happy Easter!

Only send in the ones that you think will grade 69 or better other wise you will lose on this new change with pcgs wy do they have to change the terms now ?

The new cost is $14 for the Modern Service, $20 for the oversized holder and $18 for First Strike designation =$52...Proof-like and Deep Mirror Proof-like designation is included in the $52 cost.

The old price was $30 for regualr service, $18 for First Strike, $48 total...so the bottom line is PCGS increased the price by $4

$300 is a lot to have a set of 5 graded....you have to be pretty confident that you will get some 69's or you will lose money....($300 takes into account the shipping to/from PCGS)

I just wish I could get the confirmation of my order from Fidelitrade. Called the other day and was that my order is in their compliance office but they have enough to cover those orders. I just really want to have a reason to buy the other two ATB coins tomorrow if they come available.

How long before people catch on that betting $300+ on TPG isn't as good a bet as the roulette wheel?
