2 questions: Are the words "Hint # 12:" supposed to be in quote form? (eg. is that a part of the hint?) And does this code involve a Polybius square? I might be getting somewhere.. soon.

Quote: Are the words "Hint # 12:" supposed to be in quote form? No. I'm sorry, that was my mistake. It's corrected now.

Hint # 14:
Lower Left "Square" may be better or more accurately depicted like this:
3Y3YRP NNEW9Z F17UNM GAR9ER VBCLSR TFDGVH FDGVFM

Hint # 14: Decoding Moe's Code 101
Find the # 1 (see the RikCando's Magic Square). Find the 1st #1 (start at the NW corner!) go counter clockwise (northern spin) all the way around to the next #1. Write it down.
Lather, rinse, repeat 2-9.
Decipher the encoded message. (Remember the words are NOT split up but may be combined with other words in each "square")

So if I understand this correct, section 3 result would be: NFGVTFDGVFMHRRMZPRYN1ABCLSEN9WE7R btw, I expected the Northern Twist to go up, or inside out. Could be why I was confused, I was looking at it inside out.

-- Hint #14 -- Doh!, My bad. I've been too busy to get back here. My daughter is here this week end so we'll give it another attack.

Note, there is no FMHR without DGV, so that may be one word. (DGVFMHR)
The other DGV's are followed by a 'Z'
7)JGKRGPRXFGXCSS Word ending in a double letter? and only 2 'X's in the puzzle? We are thinking '_ull'.

At this point I can see the only clues left to be of use would be #1, #3, and the fact that #2 and #6 are missing.
My daughter showed me the lyrics of a song written jointly by #1 and #3 and I was embarrassed to read it. I could not read it aloud with her in the room. I think the quote is more or less about them and not a lyric. At least I hope so.

Ah, I missed this hint. Hint # 13: "It's Bizarro Time", yelled Superman.
I am hoping this is in reference to moving in reverse around the section to create the crypto-quote.
