How can 16 people look at a coin in the grading section and not post a grade?

I want to say EF45, but I can't tell you anything about the collar except that it looks like damage.

Let me get you started, the coin is uncirculated, it has very minimal contact marks, it's full red with a struck through error. as well as a piece of scrape struck to the rim at 11 oclock on the obverse.

Using our grading system instead of yours, I would grade it as almost Gem Uncirculated. And in Australia, we wold call that a rim Cud.

I would guess the grade at MS-65, there looks to be a few spots on the obverse and reverse. I dont know if there carbon spots or not. They look gray in the pictures. Over all a very nice coin.
