This looks like a quattrino from the Papal City of Bologna.

Thank you! When I look up in my Standard Catalog of World Coins 2003 Book, the dates from 1731 to 1739 are not listed (KM #225). Does anyone have a more recent version?

It's KM# 190. I'm not sure how much it is different from KM# 225. The Krause states a different Pope but I don't see any papal ID on the coin.
