I spotted this location late today... it does not show up on any of the old maps of the area, and I am fairly sure it is unsearched! I can hardly wait to check it out next weekend!

I triangulated this with an image taken from a different angle. I believe I know which neighbor that is. They have Rottweilers. Has anyone had experience explaining metal detecting to Rottweilers?

They seem to like them. Have a nice flavor I guess.
They do spit out the coil windings and cough up the batteries
after though.

take a friend detecting with you, that way you don't have to outrun the dog, just outrun your buddy!
