pls Rest in Peace United States 1729 Posts	Posted 04/08/2011 10:48 am Some dealers won't fool with common world coins, but others will put out boxes of them to attract kids to the hobby (and old guys like me). The going rate, I believe, is around $6-$8 (USA) per pound. Report this Post to the Staff

weavus135 Pillar of the Community United States 539 Posts	Posted 04/08/2011 4:51 pm I love going through coins by the pound. I usually find maybe a couple of dozen for every 150 I go through. I collect common, circulating world, so that is a good hit. But I don't find the $5-$6 per pound. the cheapest I found was 9+ per pound plus another 5 to ship. If anyone knows of a dealer in the San Jose, Ca area selling world coins by the pound for $6/pd, please let me know Report this Post to the Staff
