I know this one is scratched, but looking for opinion on grade as well as how much the scratches hurt the value. Thanks.

The scratches hurt the coin quite a bit which will cause the value to drop. I would give the coin a grade of VF-25.

I would say VF-30 details with VF-20 value...

I suspect in this grade the scratches don't hurt all that much. The coin is a good VF, and you should be able to get F price for it, I'd expect.

I would call the details F-15 (I think its a very strongly struck coin with a lot of wear), and I'd say its worth $25.
