On May 24, 2009, I bought a roll of Nickels from a grocery store. This coin was in the roll.

Not with coin roll hunting, but, Bought a '53 gold dollar at a Manchester (England) coin show for thirty shillings, in 1971. That is US $2.25. With inflation, in today's money, that is less than $13.

That Buffalo was sleeping peacefully in a jar or drawer somewhere for many decades until someone set it free recently. Lucky you found it and gave it a new home and appreciative audience!

I would like to be that lucky...but once I bought $250 in halves and ended up with $246 in silver. About 90% of the coins only good for melt.
