Hi I got this quarter from a new roll at the casino the epu and chaco culture are doubled then to the left where defined cactus should be there is blur no definition also there is a space on the line where PH is. Any comments? Thanks

I don't see it from your images. You might try a different camera or use a tripod to reduce movement while taking the picture. There just isn't enough detail to say yea or nay.

It definitely is as I described I will try to get a better pic an actually there was no movement that is the doubling
