Im no good at grading coins, but will tell you that it is a beauty. I love the toning.

Hard to tell with the angle and the toning, but I think MS64 FSB is reasonable. Granted, you don't find any wear on the high points.

I have a 44 that looks exactly like that minus the toning. I posted in this section earlier however it is not from the Denver mint, it was Philly. What does FSB mean?

Full split bands. It references the strength of the features on the coin in the first place that Die Deterioration usually occurs, the center horizontal bands on the reverse. Having those bands with a full line separating the two signifies that the strike if very strong and complete.

This is similar to full steps Jefferson nickels, full head Standing Liberty quarters, and full horn Buffalo nickels.

I think it could be MS65+ or 66 with full bands.

The photo is a little fuzzy and for the best pics to grade, the coin should be out of the 2X2.

If the discoloration on the neck is damage instead toning my guess drops to MS63FB.

I'll bet it's a 64 and with FSB, it's even better.
