I'm new but been reading and researching wanting to gain experience on error coins. Would you guys consider this a DD? Still working on better pics. Thanks for the teachings.

Looks normal from what I see. The real doubled die looks like this:

The OP's coin is a "D" and the great photo that coop posted is an "S".
Buggs coin looks to be a Machine Doubling (MD),it could be the lighting but I think I see it mostly on the inside legs on the "R" in LIBERTY.

I don't see the notching diagnostic that shows a DD. Look at the 69-S coop offered. That shows the notching. You have a Machine double, still neat, though.

Thanks everyone for the replies and education. I still have a long ways to go but I'm having fun going to the bank each week picking up rolls and sorting through them. Maybe one day I will come across something unusual. Thanks again really do appreciate it.

I can see quite a bit of MD, not what I would call normal, but not a doubled die either.
