I would like to see what he has in the Dansco album so far.

Just wondering, exactly how do you plan on getting an 1878-S?

I don't think my entire collection would be equal in value to an FR2 example.

As for the 1878-S:
It's all fun and games,
until you go broke
then it is just plane fun.
Best of luck on your quest, Moe.
