I saw this one on our Aussie ebay.

Described as VF-EF, I think it would be aUNC at least and probably UNC. Nice buy for the winner as it has a book value of $2450 in aUNC and $5650 in UNC. Cheers.

It looks like it's been cleaned. Maybe he downgraded it because of that? Because wear wise it looks, like you said, aUNC or even UNC!
