oih82w8 Pillar of the Community United States 7840 Posts	Posted 08/01/2011 2:31 pm Who do you want to certify it? PCGS (got to be a member), NGC (got to be a member), ANACS (no membership to submit)? Look up their respective services and see what fits your needs the best. I believe that you could have it sent to one of the TPG companies through a coin dealer. I don't believe that the 96-W is worth slabbing though. I got mine relatively cheap (pre-slabbed, did not have to pay for the service).
