That's an O/O Repunched Mint Mark. For that date, VAMs 13 & 29 show a similar feature in that location.

I am not a photographer and got these just as my battery died. If you want something specific please let me know and I can do it Monday.

I assume these are fairly common? I just checked 25 of them and 24 had the same MM.

The New Orleans mint is known for having several dates with repunched mint marks. They are interesting and some what common.
