Found this while trying to VAM my Peace dollars. Can't find any pictures, but there is a listing on the VAM Updates. Can anyone confirm or deny? According to Vamworld this is a top 50, R5

4 II 1 · B2d (Dot on Reverse) I-4 R-5

Reverse B2d- Small circular raised dot on field between lower left olive leaf and mound. Two tiny dots below OF in STATES OF.

I can't see the pictures clear enough of these places to say for sure if it is or isn't

I am in no way a Peace dollar VAM expert but I did allot of searching (and I do mean ALLOT!) and finally found one at what should have been the first place I looked (live and learn) Heritage. This coin is attributed by ANACS as a VAM-4 and I see the dots below the "OF" in your picture and in the ANACS example but I can't see the "Extra Berry" that is mentioned in the ANACS example that I thought I saw in yours. Here is a link to the Heritage coin http://coins.heritageauctions.com/c...1683&src=pr#
and here is the picture of the reverse
1926-S-VAM4-,-I-Hope
I am going to say without certainty that I believe it very well could be a VAM-4 but I don't know enough about Peace dollars to state either way, but if it were mine I would be satisfied enough to find an expert to get their opinion on the coin

Thanks for the help Bryan, I know you hate these mushy fly traps. On the smaller magnified picture is shows the dot exactly where mine is. How does the rarity work? Between NGC & PCGS the population is over 8000, isn't that kinda high?

well its over 8000 for the 1926-S but NGC has only graded 6 VAM-4 1926-S Peace dollars and PCGS has only graded a total of 20 (no t counting the ones that were probably cracked out and resubmitted)
