40% Kennedy's From Gas Station

On the way home from the flea market I stopped in a gas station to get a cold soda and there was a man and his daughter at the counter with nickels, dimes, quarters and three Kennedy half dollars spread out on the counter, The cashier had sorted them and was counting them, They stepped aside to let me make my purchase and I noticed one of the halves was white. I asked the cashier if I could buy the three halves knowing how most cashiers don't like these coins and she said yes. I paid for the soda and then gave here a dollar bill and two quarters for the halves. I put them in my pocket and left. When I got outside I pulled out the three pieces and found there were two 40% silver coins, A 1966 and a 1967.

The Kennedy half Whitman folder I am filling from circulation was missing the 1966 and now it is not. I already had a 1967 so it is a duplicate. Here is a scan of the coins. I didn't see any silver in the dimes and quarters.
