That is correct, unless the seller opts for some extra promotional fees. ebay sellers are free to post anything they want, at whatever outrageous ASKING prices they want. There are probably thousands of listings for coins where the asking price is thousands of times the actual worth. I could post screen captures, but most people have seen them.
