It appears to be a Roman provinical, but it's too dirty to make a positive ID. Soaking the coin in olive oil for a time will clean it up.

It looks like a Roman Provincial, but a clearer image will be necessary, at least for me anyway - old eyes you know. At first glance the bust looks like a Trajan, but I can't be certain. It looks like a nice coin and should clean up very well. Post it again, please, once you have it cleaned. I would love to try to attribute it.

A quick wipe with a good quality olive oil may help (it also may not!), to increase the contrast of the image, before re photographing.
