Make sure to rotate the date to horizontal. That way you can see if the 7 is below the other digits easier. It is an ebay to not level them and it makes it look different at an angle.
1970-S-Small-Date?
Keep a business card or a piece of paper that you can see through. Then you will be able to see it the if the 7 is lower.
