This is my first attempt at pictures so if you have any suggestions let me know. I know it is out of focus but my AF on this lens isn't working right and I need a new prescription for glasses. This is a broadstrike right?

No...a broadstrike is larger than a normal coin and has extra area around the design. Yours is opposite that. Your coin is the result of being caught in a commercial dryer - the edges were rolled inward. This is not a mint error.
