Quote: Do I have to update my Whitman albums now that Dansco is available? Well you don't 'have to' but to be consistent

I am using that to my advantage, actually: I start collecting series (Statehood, ATB, etc.) after they have run their course. There are several benefits doing so: 1) prices typically have come down on the coins as the "hype" has faded away, 2) complete and accurate albums are available, and 3) any extra holes the albums might have (which you don't know in advance) can be more easily filled with what YOU like.

My Indian Head cents, Buffalo (Bison) nickels, and Mercury dimes are all together in a custom album using blank cent, nickel, and dime pages. Allowed me to ignore those pesky "extras" that the standard albums list (Looking at you, 1864 L, 1869/69, 1886 VII, 1918-D 8/7, and 1937-D 3 Legged.)

Do we know when the Mint is expected to announce all the quarters that will be in the Women's quarter series? It appears that Dansco will not produce any quarter albums until all quarter designs are announced: Quote: ****Currently Dansco is going to wait on production until all the quarters have been announced by the US Mint. ***

If history is any indication, I wouldn't expect the Mint to announce its 2025 designs (the last year of the program) until sometime in 2024. (But maybe the Mint will work differently going forward.)

A bummer I have to wait that long to get that album. It will be better if it is properly labeled, so I am not going to complain.

If the Dansco people are reading this thread— I really wish they'd create transfer letters like Whitman does. It drives me absolutely crazy that I need to use p touch labels for cent dates past 2021. They should consider making black transfer dates that match the font and size they print on their albums.

It would appear that Dansco has released the newest addition for ASE coins starting from 2019 to 2029 (album 7182)- in addition 1 extra page that is unlabeled https://www.danscoalbumstore.com/da...s-7182-albumThis is great for me anyway. I'll be using the original labeled pages for the Bullion (no mint marks) issued coins and an unlabeled page for all the Uncirculated/Burnished coins (with mint marks on them) I already bought a blank page for my 7181 for the burnished coins - so this works out well for me. I'll have space for all the Bullion AND Burnished/Uncirculated coins together in the same associated album.

Well my 7182 ASE Album just arrived - time to start modifying the second 'blank' page to accommodate the Burnished coins to be released..... (I am officially running out of shelf space for all my albums...) But it is nice to see them selling (and making) them again - no more third party SUPER expensive albums anymore (I hope).
