That is split plating below Lincoln.

If the zinc is showing through, then it is split plating.
Not an error, just part of the minting process.

The weakness on the rev. is just a weak spot on all the Lincoln series.

the weak spot on the reverse is due to the thicker profile of Lincoln's shoulder taking up too much metal, not leaving enough for the reverse.
Notice how the very top of the devices are formed correctly - this is the area on the obverse between the bust and the rim.

It looks like the dies could have needed adjustment. The die gap wasn't correct for the strike so metal flow into Lincoln's shoulder/vest left this area weak.

As noted, this is seen on many Lincoln Memorial cents of seeming every date of issue.

Also the DDD is showing on both sides of the coin. You might want to save this as an educational piece to show to a new collector. (Show and tell coin) DDD and other issues that don't increase the value of this coin. (only costs one cent to keep it) Sometimes harder to find what you need quickly for the DDD issue. Keep it in a half dollar tube for such purposes for show and tell coins.
