Hello all.
Of course, this is a Canadian coin of 1979. Some of the sites offered that its land is on one of the Canadian sites, to make sure that it is displayed if there are errors. or doubled die.
I need your help for that because you have extensive experience in this field . thanks.

Either really worn dies or Machine Doubling. Keep it as an oddity, but not much of a premium, especially with the dings and scratches.
