I've been told dimes aren't really collectable, so I never paid much attention to them, but I started taking pics of my dimes anyways and I'm wondering if this is a double die and what's the deal with the dots in the phrase E Pluribus Unum and the OF at the top. The dots seem to connect to the words and the OF seems off. I'm not even a beginner when it comes to dimes so any info helps.

These identifications are within tolerance of the ideal strike based on grainy pictures.

I wish I could upload the original pics but they are 2.1 Mbs and I had to crop and lower the resolution to keep them under 300 kbs

I think you are just looking at some circulation flattening (the S and T in STATES are like the O in OF) and possibly some die chips around the dots in EPU.

Possible Feeder Finger Damage. It flows in that direction:

Lower than usual, but is probably the cause. These are just die events. They don't have a premium. They are answers to your question: "Whats this?" Now you can move on to the next coin.
