Just bought this 1935 Canadian dollar its in excellent condition what grade would you give it I think its better than EF what would you say...? This is one of the best coins I've ever bought almost as good as new....

Before giving a grade, can you give me some more info? Did you buy it online or from a dealer?

Hi yes I bought it online from ebay as a previous 1935 dollar coin didmt turn up, so was lucky to get this one..... Canadian coins are my favorites...

Amazingly the other 1935 dollar turned up this morning about 6 weeks after it was posted so result have atached a photo of it I think it's about a fine grade at the most...

In US grading terms I would call the first one either EF-45 or AU-50.

I would agree with that best coin I have makes up for the 1949 dollar I received recently... that was a bit dissapointing to say the least... now just need to get a 1948 canadian dolar...lol

the first 1935 is a solid XF, the second a F. that first one is striking - I love the colors.
