Hi Manos

I don't see the doubling in the photo, what I see is a filled four , this happens when the little post on the die which makes the opening in the 4 breaks off and the cavity fills with metal when the coin is struck .

I don't think it's a doubled die. Too worn to tell for sure, though.

That is just a bad worn coin you could see the rim is running into the fields no double die

Before we conclude that it is not a doubled die (I too think that it is not a doubled die) let's see a picture of IN GOD WE TRUST, just to be sure.
