What's the rarity of these varieties? Relative to 1933 or in general.

The 1933/2 overdate penny is not rare.
Not even scarce except in high grade.

That eg is the Mints 2nd or 3rd try with the O/D,looks like a spike into the lower bowl,pre Covid probaly A$20-$30+, these days $10-20,there are collectors that buy them at a steady rate on ebay.
The Mints first try has the actual stem,not spikes,of the 2 in the lower bowl plus the top of the 2 showing like this eg. I have one somewhere and I've only seen a couple since ebay started,probably A$50-$100 as that variety is super scarce.
The 1933 O/D's are not a scarce Coin as they were ID early in the piece by Numismatists loking for Indian Obverses which,so far,did not exist.
