MisterT Pillar of the Community United States 2006 Posts	Posted 09/19/2022 4:05 pm Pictures have too much glare to accurately assess this coin. I see spots of original luster. Slight rub on the obverse hair above forehead, cotton, above the ear, cap and the nose. On the reverse I see some slight rub on the wing tips and the breast, and a touch on the eagles head. I think this coin is mid to high AU. Still a respectable grade for a tough coin. Report this Post to the Staff

panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18758 Posts	Posted 09/20/2022 09:08 am the 01(P) are typically soft to weak strikes so this is normal for the year. although the cheek is clean. the luster looks quite subdued using these photos. could be lighting/glare. I have the coin at lease AU53 and a good shot at AU55 even if the coin slabbed at 50 it would be worth it so imo I would send it and I'm not proponent of slabbing Report this Post to the Staff
