I find no mention Of this type anywhere. It seems to be in the die not Machine Doubling, as only the Adams apple area has the doubling. Any help would be a great

My money's on Die Deterioration Doubling...because of how faint it appears.

But my opinion doesn't count. :)

It looks like a clash of some kind. Probably one of the pillars of the memorial.
