1911 ? Double Die Obverse ?

I just found this in my pile. The coin has a small die crack thru the upper lip and the eye and forehead only look doubled. This kind of looks odd for a machine double as it is more to the center of the coin and the outer has nothing. Any idea's

Its just Machine Doubling. Nothing is raised, just pushed from the die movement during the strike.
