Looks like at least AU detail but could even be uncirculated. The toning looks original but I suspect there is a problem with your photos. The bright white areas look like glare. I would not expect that the coin actually looks like this in-hand. Maybe you could adjust your lighting and take some more photos?

Thanks Jaobler, but this isn't my coin. These pics are all I have to go by. This is an ebay coin. I really like it and wanted some opinions before bidding.

Hmmm, retail AU-50 price is about $225 and the bid is already there, with 3 days to go. This could be a nicely-toned, no-problem uncirculated coin worth more than $500, or it could be a cleaned and re-toned slider worth less than the current bid. The additional photos in the listing aren't any better than the ones you posted and the seller says "No Returns Accepted".

I wouldn't go any higher than the current bid without a solid return policy. Caveat emptor!

Cool looking coin. I like the toning and on the surface it appears to be original - perhaps album toning.

The tough part is - AU or MS? Unfortunately, from the pictures you really can't tell and so (in my opinion) you have to bid on it as if it is AU. There's a big price difference between MS and AU.

These are usually the types of auctions where I get blown out because I am not willing to take the chance on in being MS...

The seller says, "No Returns Accepted". I'd pass and think it's probably an AU piece.

This seller did have a really nice set of San Fran Morgans that went for a fair price:

I'd wager 75/25 that the guy is a crackout artist with such low feedback and those kinds of pictures.
