Well, I mean they are links to ebay. You can't expect ebay links to work 12 or 13 years later.

If you google or search for the adapters on ebay you will find options.

For example search for "M39 M42 Adapter" and you will find many options for adapter rings. Most will come from China - so you will have to be patient on their delivery, but there are some options to get them faster from USA sellers.

Similarly, you can search for "M42 Canon Adapter" (or the brand of your camera; Nikon, Sony, etc) - and you will find options that will adapt the M42 threads on the top end of your bellows into your camera mount of choice.

Vintage Hansa Enlarging Lens 75mm F: 3.5 Japan NIB

I don't know this particular brand, but it's not much "risk" for a New In Box enlarging lens for $22. I'm guessing it would make a very fine "starter" lens - and would likely give better results than 90% of the coin photos posted online.
