I would say F-12 details not sure if it would slab problem free

Looks like it was in a coal miners pocket for some years. I agree F-12 and also am not sure if it would get a problem free bill of health.

It's definately a problem coin, but I'd grade it conservatively at VG-10.

Strange that the back looks to have breast feather detail, while the front is almost worn flat.
