No intent to purchase -- just attempting to identify them in the wild.

Can anyone make a determination from this auction's photos? I can't and the seller says he can't provide more pictures.

Won't go over $125 for it, though. Don't trust the surfaces, and VAM-3 is available in Mint State.

Dave it looks to be a cleaned AU coin. If you need one I have second Vam-3 Raw XF/AU that's not been messed with. If it's just for a look see even you are always welcome.

Wow. $99. I didn't get home from work in time to bid; would have been a decent snag at $100 even if it's not a V3. Shucks.

Russ, my primary interest in this one was for a flip; I'd want it in Mint State otherwise, so I could do a definitive die study to establish the non-overpolished EDS.

The raw one is my first is the one I spoke of I now have an MS-62 in the coin!
