The 1904 appears to be EF-40. The jewels and pearls in the crown band are all there, but the pearls running up the centre of the crown appear to be somewhat worn. The scratches on the reverse may lower the value slightly.
The 1887 is at most Fine-15. There is not enough detail in the hair around the ear for a VF, and the X's in the two squares along the top of the tiara are almost worn smooth. It looks like it has a pebbly surface on both sides, which would also lower the value. (could have been slightly corroded and smoothed out mechanically)
Be aware that it is impossible to give a 100% accurate grading from a photo on a computer.
If they are both uncleaned then the real world value is about $5 each. The 1887 may be a bit more if someone wants a high 7.
