I don't think that small of an amount, of 20, would matter. It would be cheaper per note to get a pack of 100 though. It might be a little cheaper per note of 50 rather than 10 though. Most dealers sell either individually or in a pack of 100.
For example, I've seen a common star note sell for $5 for one note, but a pack of 100 (of the same series and branch) sell for $180 ($1.80 per note), so quantity does matter.
I think everyone has misunderstood the question. If they are seq (consecutive) they are going to command a significant premium, and the more you have the higher the premium. As far as what that is is what someone is willing to pay. Check recent completed listings on ebay.
