here's a Buffalo nickel from the year 1923. the date is really weak, but hardly still visible, its mint mark is S. I hear these coins can be worth alot when in decent shape, still woundering if this little guy is worth anything given the rough shape he's in? heres a few photos, sorry they are not very good but I'm working on updating our camera. any/all input is welcomed and appreciated as usual!! (: thanks again in advance!!

It's not worthless. Granted it's not a hundred dollar coin but, it is still a very presentable piece and someone would love to have it in their collection.

Looks like a G-4 with no damage so it will be a good addition to someone's Buffalo collection.

Thanks alot guys !! These are all things I did not know..getting very smart here at the coin comunity. So what do you guys estimate the value of such a coin in the pictures? I plan to sell all of my coins via the internet so I'm trying to obtain a firm idea what each and every one is possibly worth.thanks again (:

A retail value would be in the $5-7 range.
