This is not a liard, but a double liard KM#31. The liard has no wreath while the double liard has one.
AD USUM BELGII AUSTR. means: for use in the Austrian Netherlands. Mintmark = angel head, Brussels.
Legends say: JOS(ephus) II D(ei) G(ratia) R(omanorum) IMP(eratorem) D(ux) B(urgundiae) = Joseph II, by the grace of God Holy Roman Emperor, Duke of Burgundy.
Mintage for 1782 = 3.898.000
Krause gives following catalog values: VG:2.50$/F:5.00/VF:10.00$/XH:25.00$
