We are an entire restaurant with large patios Amida17, not just a bar. You would have to see it all in person to understand and the figures are accurate as we clear 5 to 6 million every year since I worked their....

We are on the water, one of only a few in fifty mile radius as such, with basically no competition around us....

Humans just keep coming let me tell in the 9 or 10 warmer months of the year....

We have a high end menu for east T.N., lol. Like a tuna app seared sushi style on wontons is $12.99, lol. That may be cheap to some of you in higher cost of living areas. But down here a 13 dollar app is kind of high IMO. I sell a glass of KJ for 8 bucks and a tuna app and they have a ticket cost that many would get an entire meal at other places....

AC was out tonight in bar only, and I may have sweat more pounds off then back in my house league ice hockey days, lol....

I cleared like 130 tonight and it was real slow as it often is on Sunday nights, but steady. Always got three or four tables going or a couple at the bar top or two most of the evening even with AC out....

Sounds like a real nice place, Hawk. The prices are not all that bad, either. It's not easy to find a decent sit-down restaurant with good food for less than $15 a plate. We don't go out a lot but when we do it is likely to be someplace like Red Lobster, Juliano's Pizzaria, or Olive Garden. Nope, we are not fine food connoisseurs or anything like that but we do appreciate a decent amount of well prepared food that is tasty, looks good, and is relatively simple. Yes, we have a few fancy places that serve $50-75 a plate appetizers that they call meals but we avoid them like the IRS!
