I found this in the till at work today. It is a 2006 issue printed in 2010 $5. It is in average shape except for a missing chunk at the bottom of the hologram. (about 2/3 the size of my pinky finger nail). Is it worth a premium? I will post pictures later.

It is in fact worth a premium, to someone born on May 6th, 1925.

Unfortunately I think this bill has a very limited market (still better than one ending in 1900 though!)

I agree, this bill likely has no additional value, unfortunately

I'm a bit confused on the 'birthday thing', wouldnt it have to have an additional digit?

ie: **/**/19** ?

if that qualifies as a birthday note, using the USA date format, no one born in oct, nov, dec could "get one".
(or using the canadian date format no one with the day of 10th-31rst)

?

I would keep it. If you run into someone with a parent or grandparent with that birth date you found a customer for it.

The odds of finding a note like this is very low. Maybe one in 10000000.

It would be worth quite a bit if the persons name was 'Harold Albert Connors' born on that day.

I use to keep "birthday bills" until I realized that the market for this type of bill is very limited.
In this case any person interested would have to be over 80 ( unless children or grand children are the collectors)
My humble guess would be that this is not a keeper.
