I only went for the new 2023S proof Peace dollar for now. Perhaps I'll go for the Morgan for Christmas.

Spot + $2.00 I always put one example of each round I have in an airtight. All others go in CoinSafe tubes and tucked away safely.

$7 face of nice Canadian 80% silver at the Petersham show in Sydney. Got it all at slightly under melt.

Wonder what the dragon or serpent is supposed to represent on that coin.

Quote: Wonder what the dragon or serpent is supposed to represent on that coin. The image presents Hercules, warrior of Roman mythology, slaying the indomitable hydra-headed monster. This picture is an allegory for the struggles of war, and a tribute to those who freely go to battle.

Picked up 4 US commemorative silver dollars in their original cases (Eisenhower centennial, Constitution, 2 1988 Olympic), 1867 Belgian 2 franc, 1917 Canadian half, 1926 Austrian half schilling, and 1943 Aussie 6 pence for $100; picked up 2 Canadian quarters (1947 and 1955) and a silver Japanese 100 yen for an additional $4.

If you got two silver Canadian quarters and a silver Japanese 100 yen coin for $4, you did very well. I'm pretty certain just the silver value on those is worth at least double that. Also, pics please on that 100 yen coin? I can read the dates on those without any headaches.
