aardspeed Pillar of the Community 921 Posts	Posted 12/01/2012 10:53 am I found this nice 1957 penny in a roll today..... These are getting pretty rare... I noticed today that a local store priced EVERYTHING to round up to the dollar as pennies are gone & arent given as change anymore there... I guess ALL of Canada will be following suit shortly... aardspeed Pillar of the Community 921 Posts	Posted 12/01/2012 3:19 pm The new 2012 pennies are out now, if you can find a roll....As for how long, pennies will still be around for a while I'm sure...It's gonna take a fdew good years to round up all pennies etc. etc. Report this Post to the Staff
samsnate Pillar of the Community Canada 1723 Posts	Posted 12/01/2012 9:03 pm I believe in feb 2013 the banks need to return everything to the mint. So after that point its gonna get harder and harder. I have already sealed the deal with 2 banks that I frequent often that anything that comes in goes to me and I will get rid of them for them :-D That leaves me 2 pick up banks and 6 dump banks at that point.
