I placed an order from Coin Supply Express back on 1/16 and I just got an e-mail saying it was shiped yesterday 1/30.
For the shipping they charge it should be hand delivered to my house by Ed McMahon with baloons and a bouquet!
Anyone else have experiences with them similar?
Thanks

When I call there I invariably get voicemail and when I send a question by email, the speed with which they respond is slow.
Nonetheless, they do have the inventory. I don't know if you can find better prices on coin tubes (when bought by the case).

He died a few year's back. That might be what's holding up your package. You should choose a different delivery method.

Pending on how you paid, that may well be the problem too. If by a check, the receiver will wait until it is cleared and if in a different state, that too will take a long time. If by a credit card not familiar or from a sort of unknown bank, they may well to make sure it is approved.
And/or the seller really didn't have what you wanted so had to look for that.

When I run into a problem with poor service, I add them to my list of people that I will never deal with again. I'm having the same problem with a VCoins dealer right now.

I paid one online dealer with a check (didn't want to pay a premium for the credit card on top of the other premiums). The check cleared, then they waited 3-5 days to be sure it wasn't a bad check, then they shipped my item. I was okay with the wait, since I knew about the delay ahead of time.
