Hi, see images of 1999 10 cent. Not sure whats happened here. I wasn't that interested. But. The '1' in '10' can be seen. ErikP

Looks like a lamination error to me, and part of the coin has flaked off.

Also. Looks like it's had a hard life, but a nice coin all the same.

Reminds me a lot of my 1950 penny lamination/planchet flaw with detail showing in the flaw itself.
There's a couple of pics of it in my post towards the bottom of the page below.

Can't say what it's worth exactly, maybe $1 - $2 due to it's condition, but it'll only cost you 10c to keep it.

If it was in really good nick, maybe $5.

Needed another tube of gap filler & Bunnings gave me this 1996 coin. The image doesn't show the colour variation very well. ErikP

bunnings in your area may have a de-lamination tool, should go ask ;)
