1889 P Morgan Dollar Die Chipped Star And Possible Gouge.

There is what appears to be a die chip on a star on the obverse, and die gouges on the reverse above States. Again, I am sorry about the quality and I hope to get some better pictures soon of my collection. Report this Post to the Staff

If raised it should be listed on VamWorld. I'll look through the 1889 listings tonight. In the meantime, what is the weight of the coin? Report this Post to the Staff

I can email my dad and ask him to take higher quality pictures. I'm away from home which is where my collection is. Is it possible it could be a discovery piece? So far I've gone all the way through a VAM 18 on VAM World. Nothing seems to match it so far. Report this Post to the Staff
