Those are very distinctive cracks--unusual in how they are concentric to the rim, rather than connecting. Always fun to see several coins from the same die.
The jaundice is the residue from sticky tape, so I'd be inclined to use Acetone to get it off.
I have several images of these, with one in particular having a crack coming downwards from the last E of Sixpence, but not meeting the rest of the crack. They're not my images/coins, so I can't post them here.
