Hi I found 1974 D Lincoln Memorial cent and I think it has a D/rotated D error. Also there seem to be extra columns on the Lincoln Memorial building. Is this a doubled die or just Machine Doubling? Thanks

It's Machine Doubling. You can see the same thing above it on the tail of the 7.
