GO Moderator United States 6563 Posts	Posted 05/20/2007 11:46 am I just wedge a pointy knife into the side and wiggle it around. That breaks the seal and then you can move the knife around the edges to finish it off. I recommend using a microfiber cloth or similar to gently pop the coins onto. Report this Post to the Staff
Stephen420 Valued Member United States 411 Posts	Posted 05/20/2007 12:37 pm I have a big tool that is like a large pair of pliers - more like shears - with a hammerhead that has a sharp edge. I don't know what this tool is called, but I bought it on ebay where it was called, fittingly, a "slab cracker." I have found NGC holders to be the most trouble. Report this Post to the Staff
